Lead-service privacy and responsible use
ArtificialNexis provides public business-contact research, reviewed message drafting and permission-based email campaign tools. Customers describe the service they offer, choose target businesses and may import contacts. We record source URLs, published business context, contact email, message drafts, recipient-specific permission references, usage and delivery events.
Research and permission
A public email address is research data, not permission to send marketing. Before approving a message, customers must hold and record specific recipient permission to hear from their business. Customers must comply with applicable direct-marketing and privacy law, provider policies and website collection terms. We do not bypass logins or robots restrictions, guess email addresses, send to purchased lists or offer unlimited collection. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of their permission evidence and service claims.
Processing and providers
Customer workspaces use verified authentication and tenant-scoped records on our AWS-hosted application. AI drafting sends the supplied business description and selected business context to Amazon Bedrock using global inference, which can process outside South Africa. Optional web discovery submits the target-business query to Brave Search API. Do not include confidential, sensitive or special personal information. Email delivery, subscription preferences and events use the customer’s separate Mailgun account. Outgoing email uses Mailgun-managed unsubscribe links, not ArtificialNexis campaign links; provider suppression records are managed in the customer account. Business identity, postal address, privacy policy and unsubscribe are included in messages. We do not use tracking pixels or click tracking.
Retention, export and deletion
Customers can export contacts and remove campaigns in their workspace. Removal deletes the campaign’s contact research and drafts, cancels queued work and suppresses those addresses from future campaigns. Research-only contacts and source context are cleaned after 90 days. Usage and operator audit records are retained to enforce quotas and prevent abuse. Minimal suppression records persist to honor opt-outs and avoid recontact. Permission evidence and delivery records for sent messages remain until campaign removal or a verified deletion request.
Unsubscribe and complaints
Every marketing message offers immediate unsubscribe for that customer’s campaigns. Bounces, complaints, failed authentication, stale event processing or uncertain send outcomes can block or pause sending. These tools reduce risk; they do not guarantee inbox placement or completely isolate brand reputation.
Pricing and activation
Monthly package prices exclude VAT. Research and AI usage within published allowances are included; customer-owned Mailgun charges are separate. No automatic overages or recurring card payments are enabled in this release. Live sending requires recorded subscription activation, sender verification and approved permission-based messages. Automatic web discovery requires the search-provider connection.
