What is included
- Installation on one compatible Apple Silicon Mac, with one local image model and one local writing model
- Up to eight reusable image and writing presets for one product, service or project, such as illustrations, backgrounds, item descriptions and draft marketing copy
- One baseline style configuration and up to three technical sample assets to verify the installation; custom art-direction revisions are billed separately
- Local generation queue with live progress, saved prompts and seeds, feedback history and approval controls
- Approved PNG artwork and JSON text/metadata exports with stable asset IDs and a manifest
- Starter includes images and text. Music and audio workflows are optional, separately assessed and quoted after checking hardware, suitable models, licences and sample output; they are not included in the US$790 setup.

How we check it works
On the agreed Mac, generate a sample image and description with internet disconnected after installation, record feedback, approve a result and export it with the correct asset ID. Visual direction is reviewed against the agreed sample brief; iterations do not guarantee exact shapes or perfect consistency.
Running costs and optional care
No mandatory monthly subscription, cloud hosting or per-image API charge for the included local workflow. Your computer, storage and electricity are your costs. Internet is needed for initial downloads, optional updates and remote support. Optional custom style tuning is US$150/hour, minimum two hours (US$300), with a pre-agreed spending limit. Ongoing technical support is quoted separately. Prices exclude VAT and hardware.
Custom style tuning — US$150/hour
Custom style tuning costs US$150 per hour excluding VAT, with a minimum two-hour booking (US$300). This covers hands-on prompt and preset work, reviewing outputs and incorporating your feedback. We agree one brief and a maximum number of hours before starting; each further tuning round is separately authorised. Unattended generation time is not billed as hands-on tuning. Work pauses when the approved hours are used; further revisions or a changed direction need an additional approved block. There are no unlimited revisions or guarantees of a perfect visual match.
Example: setup plus one two-hour tuning block is US$1,090 excluding VAT and hardware. Later tuning blocks are US$300 each; no automatic renewal.
Scope boundaries
No new hardware, cloud GPU, fine-tuning/model training, automatic learning from ratings, guaranteed reference-image matching, inpainting, transparent cutouts, animation/GIFs, 3D models or automatic publishing/integration with your product. Music and audio generation are excluded from the starter and require a separately agreed workflow. Tuning produces new variations; it does not precisely edit an existing image. Custom style tuning is not included in setup. Game importers and additional technical integrations are separately scoped. Asset rights and suitability still require human review.
Before we start
We check your hardware and a content brief before accepting payment. The reference installation is an Apple M1 Max with 32 GB unified memory; allow at least 50 GB free disk space for setup and additional room for assets. Other Apple Silicon Macs require a compatibility check. Windows, Linux and lower-memory machines need separate assessment. You supply material you are entitled to use; model licences and intended commercial use are reviewed during scoping.
Delivery and handover
Installation and technical checks are scheduled after hardware feasibility is confirmed. Includes a 60-minute handover. Custom tuning is booked separately; the free 30-minute scoping call is not a tuning session. Generation speed depends on the machine and settings; first runs also load model weights.
