Scope and running costs

Usage charges, new builds, unused-hour rollover and 24/7 cover are excluded. Renewals are invoiced separately; no automatic card charges.

Prices exclude VAT. Hosting, AI usage and messaging charges are separate. We confirm a usage estimate, supported inputs, access requirements and acceptance criteria before agreeing your setup.
