How we check it works

The agreed English audio samples meet the written transcription target and can be reviewed and exported.

Running costs and optional care

No mandatory support retainer. Hosting, model/API usage and third-party licences are separate, paid by the customer. We agree a written monthly cost estimate and usage limits before work starts. Optional Product Care starts at US$149/month for one accepted workload.

Example service fees: US$690 setup alone, or US$2,478 including 12 months of optional single-workload care. Both exclude VAT, hosting, AI usage and third-party charges. A multi-product bundle needs a separate care scope.

Scope boundaries

Speaker identification, live calls, multilingual support and guaranteed verbatim accuracy are excluded. Longer recordings and additional connections are separately scoped. Extra scope is quoted before work begins. These are starter setup fees for new engagements; existing signed agreements are unchanged.

Before we start

Provide approved content or non-sensitive samples, a technical contact and access to the agreed website or systems. We confirm feasibility, usage limits and the full written quote before any payment.

Delivery and handover

Delivery dates are confirmed after reviewing your samples and access. The 30-minute call is a free scoping discussion, not the full build.
